Not to speak ill of the mentally infirm, but I doubt she has the strength to cause much damage to one of the common rooms.

She is stronger than an ordinary human, but based on the level of force she used on me [ Which wasn't enough, if you ask Medusa. She could still get away. That's weak. ] I would estimate that destroying one of the walls here would take a concerted effort. She could do it, but she wouldn't get terribly far.

One warden with amplified physical strength should be enough. Two with sufficient combat experience and normal human strength could probably manage as well.
